I have many years experience of working with adults and children in therapeutic settings. I have provided mental health support through the NHS and the council in community mental health services, charity settings and therapy centres.

In addition to my 1-1 psychotherapy and counselling experience, I have provided mental health trainings, whole school consultations, group therapy and reflective practice. 

​

I have an MSc in therapeutic counselling offering integrative relational psychotherapy. Having an MSc in therapeutic counselling means that I have trained to a high standard and have researched psychotherapy and counselling for several years. I am registered with the BACP and adhere to their guidelines making sure my practice is ethical and research informed.
